Customer Agreement

By purchasing products from Larenti Skin Store, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. The customer warrants and represents that they are already working with a licensed skin care specialist before purchasing any products from Larentiskinstore.com


2. The customer agrees to continue to work with the licensed professional throughout the use of the products purchased from Larentiskinstore.com.


3. Larenti Skin Store shall not be held responsible for any adverse reactions, damages, or unsatisfactory results resulting from the customer's failure to work with a licensed professional or improper use of the products.

4. The customer acknowledges and agrees not to initiate any legal proceedings against Larenti Skin Store for any improper use of the products, adverse reactions, or failure to consult with their personal licensed professional

5. Larenti Skin Store shall not be held liable for any misuse of products, particularly concerning pregnancy or any known health conditions. We strongly advise customers who are pregnant and/or breastfeeding to seek guidance from their healthcare provider before incorporating any new products and/or supplements into their regimen. This recommendation also extends to individuals with known or undisclosed health issues. Prior to integrating any new products and/or supplements into your routine, please consult with your healthcare provider.


6. Customers agree not to use chargebacks as the primary method of dispute resolution when other options are available. Customers are explicitly not entitled to chargebacks on missing orders marked "Delivered" by carriers if they did not add Signature Confirmation to their order.

7. By opting for our upgraded delivery service, customers acknowledge and accept that Larenti Skin Store bears no responsibility in the event the shipping company fails to fulfill the customer's delivery request. Consequently, customers are not eligible for refunds or store credits for unmet shipping requests. By making a purchase from Larenti Skin Store, the customer confirms that they have read and understood the terms of this agreement and agree to abide by them.

 8. Customers consent not to initiate chargebacks for the following reasons: unsatisfactory results, product misuse, returns declined due to non-compliance with our return policy, adverse reactions to products, expired return or sales windows. Customers agree to reach out to us at contact@larentiskinstore.com prior to pursuing such actions.

 9. Customers acknowledge and comprehend that all guidance provided by Larenti Skin Store and its team members is not intended as medical advice and should be discussed with their primary care provider. Any photos or information shared with Larenti Skin Store for assistance in crafting a skincare routine or for product recommendations are considered private and should not be shared outside of the communication portal without consent. All advice provided is general advice from a licensed professional. Larenti Skin Store does not accept responsibility for unsatisfactory results.

Virtual Consultation Customer Agreement

By participating in a virtual consultation with Larenti Skin Store, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  1. The virtual consultation is not a substitute for an in-person visit to a licensed skin care specialist. The customer is encouraged to seek in-person consultations for more comprehensive and personalized advice.

  2. The information provided during the virtual consultation is for educational purposes only and should not be considered as medical advice. The customer should consult with their own licensed professional for personalized recommendations.

  3. Larenti Skin Store does not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of the advice provided during the virtual consultation. The customer acknowledges that the recommendations are based on the information provided by the customer during the consultation.

  4. The customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information during the virtual consultation to receive the most appropriate recommendations.

  5. Larenti Skin Store shall not be held responsible for any adverse reactions, damages, or unsatisfactory results resulting from the customer's use of the recommendations provided during the virtual consultation.

By participating in a virtual consultation with Larenti Skin Store, the customer confirms that they have read and understood the terms of this agreement and agree to abide by them.
