Missing Packages Marked "Delivered"
Larenti Skin Store can only refund or replace a missing order marked "Delivered" if Signature Confirmation is selected at checkout. If your order is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but cannot be located, please wait 2 business days to see if the package was prematurely marked as delivered. If it still hasn't arrived, file a missing mail inquiry with USPS.

Returns
We cannot accept returns of opened, used, or defaced products. However, any unopened, unused item in its original packaging (including shrink wrap, when applicable) can be returned within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please email us at contact@larentiskinstore.com. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Please ensure your return meets our qualifications, as we are not responsible for shipping back or refunding unqualified returns.

Adverse Reactions
We do not accept returns of opened or used products, even in the case of adverse reactions. If you experience an adverse reaction, we recommend discontinuing use immediately and contacting us for assistance in building a new routine.

Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us at contact@larentiskinstore.com with a picture of the damaged item. We will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Products
If you receive the wrong product, notify us at contact@larentiskinstore.com with a picture of the order. We will promptly send the correct product along with a pre-paid return shipping label. Please use the original packaging to return the incorrect item.

Incorrect Addresses
If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the order is returned to Larenti Skin Store, we can re-ship it to the corrected address at your expense. Free shipping does not apply to reshipped orders. If the package is accepted at an incorrect address and not returned, Larenti Skin Store cannot offer a refund or replacement. If an order is returned marked "Return to Sender" or "Unclaimed," it is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of the correct address for reshipping.

If Larenti Skin Store ships an order to an incorrect address due to our error, we will replace the order at no charge.

Chargebacks
Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks as the primary method of dispute resolution when other options are available. Chargebacks on missing orders marked "Delivered" by the carrier are not permitted if Signature Confirmation was not selected as the shipping method.
